Through the appointment booking form we process the data you provide: full name, phone number, email address, project type, preferred date and the content of your message. This data is processed for the following purposes:

• to contact you back, confirm and arrange a private visit to the showroom,
• to prepare and present an offer and design solutions matched to your investment,
• to conduct ongoing correspondence and handle your enquiry.

We process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent given by submitting the form) and Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — in order to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and within the legitimate interest of the controller, being the handling of the enquiry and contact.

We retain the data for the time necessary to handle the enquiry and conduct correspondence and, if cooperation is established, for its duration and the period required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is retained until the consent is withdrawn.

Data may be entrusted to trusted entities supporting the controller in technical services, hosting, communication and accounting — solely to the extent necessary and under appropriate agreements. Data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area, nor used for automated decision-making.

• rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
• data portability and to object,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
